Customers may return or exchange their products within 24 hours due to being damaged or any error in their products. If the time period is over, they cannot exchange their products anymore.

Before packing the products, we check those products. So there is no chance to get damaged products. If unfortunately there is any issue or something error in the products, customers are requested to make a video of their damaged products with the invoice and tracking id and send us within the stipulated time. If we find any kind of error in the products, then it is our responsibility to exchange their product. In case of lube & lotions as well as batteries are not returned, if these are opened once.

Normally the returned products are disputed to delivery within 24 hours.
